As a real estate agent in Europe where unfortunately there is no a real estate "star system" I love watching american TV shows and get ideas and inspiration from famous US brokers. Don't ask me if Europe will ever reach the American level cause we still have a long way to go. Now let's get back to our subject. For sure you all know the successful reality show "Million Dollar Listing" and if you don't I suggest you to watch it. I adore this show because besides the amazing luxurious listings you can really get an idea of how difficult but also thrilling is to become a top seller in US's top cities like New York. Personally, from the cast, my idol is Fredrik Eklund that's why I also bought his bestseller book "The Sell: The secrets of selling anything to anyone"

Moreover, it is a real biography. You will learn how Fredrik, a Sweedish 23 year old guy moved to New York with some dollars in his pocket and turned into the most successful broker in the USA. For me, that's a true proof of not giving up, of shooting for the moon, of everything is possible. And you really, really don't have to be a broker to read this book. οσο πιο πολυ ακουω την λεξη :δεν αχγωνομαι ,τοσο πολυ σιγουρευομαι πως θα μας τα κανουν...τσουρεκια πασχαλινα!αρχες μαρτιου φερνει μια εισαγγελεας παρ Αρειου παγου (μη χεσω) τα κλειδια!αποθανε η πεθερα τασσω καββαδια κ ουτε να τ δει τ τριαρι η νυφη!κανουμε την εκτιμηση...συμφωνουμε..κ ειπαμε.."οχι αχγος¨".οποτε..κ εαν...κ εφοσον κτλ!!!!
στις 12/3 ερχεται ο εγκλεισμος!!ποιες πωλησεις ποιοι πελατες..ολη μερα μαρια η ασχημη βλεπαμε κ νταμπο τ ελεφαντακι!!15/3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! πηρε τηλ!!!!!!!!!!!!!τολμησε η "δεν εχω αγχος" κ πηρε τηλ..ετσι απλα λεει να μας πει μια καλημερα..και..να μην την ξεχναμε!
της εξηγεις απλα..πως ΟΤΑΝ βγουμε εννοειται πως δεν θα την ξεχασουμε!
22/3 ξαναπηρε..ετσι για μια καλημερα κ εαν πηραμε μπακαλιαρο για την 25η μαρτιου.25 μαρτιου ξαναπηρε για να δει αν θυμηθηκαμε να παρουμε κ σκορδαλια μην τον φαμε ξεροσφυρι...τελος μαρτιου για το..αν θα παμε διακοπες για πασχα!!!!!!!χανοταν ολη η ελλαδα..στελναμε sms για να παμε απο τ σαλονι να κατουρησουμε κ αυτη πηρε να μας ρωτησει αν θα παμε στο χωριο!!!!!
εε..μια που την ξεχεσα..αναστησαμε πριν τ μεγ.σαββατο μιας που τ καταλαβε κ ξεκινησε παλι απο τουδε αλλα αυτη τ φορα στελνει μηνυματα!"μην με ξεχνας"....πιο πολλα μην με ξεχνας παιρνω απο αυτην παρα απο ερωτα στα 18!
δεν ειναι κακο να τα χετε κανει..μπουρδελλο!!!!!δεν ειναι κακο να χρωστατε κ να μην εχετε να φατε ουτε ασπρο αυγο την μεγ.πεμπτη ποσο μαλλον κοκκινο που θελε κ 0,40 η βαφη κ δεν τα χατε!!!!!!
κακο ειναι να εχετε υφακι!!κ εγω ειμαι αυτη..κ εγω μεζονετα..εκει!τριπατη!θεα..απο δω αυτη..απο κει την αλλη.!!και..στο κεντρο οι λαικοι!!ντυνομαι εδω...κουρευομαι εκει κτλ κτλ κτλ!!!!!!οχι υφακι!!!!!!αν δεν μπορεις να τ υποστηριξεις δεν χρειαζεται!!!!!κ στην τελικη ακομα κ να μπορεις κρατα το για σενα γιατι η ζωη κανει κυκλους!!!!
