Becoming the best salesperson!

Sales are everything! When you learn how to sale a product you almost know everything about the market and you can work in many work places. Although, people encounter  difficulties in selling and  Many top sales trainers are mainly male and they still dominate the industry so it is good to have female millennial's , so I will use my platform to voice the importance of sales.

First of all you have to make the need of a product. When I was 10 years old I watched a very inspiring movie about sales. There was a man who wanted to show his capacity in selling so during a dinner asked from his friend to write his name in a napkin. Of course the other man didn't have a pen with him so the great seller showed a pen from his pocket and said : this is why you have to buy my product! This little scene stayed in my mind forever and i still remember the words and the way he acted! From this part we understand many things.

Every seller, has to be confident about himself.  Stop doubting yourself and giving yourself reasons that this person will not buy from you. If you don't believe they need it, they sure as hell won't believe they need it. Work on your mindset and get your head in the game before you attempt to sell. Moreover, don't sell something you don't believe in. Sales are about passion. Of course when you learn how to sale you can sale everything but it is different when you love a product because your security shines and convinces people. It will be way much easier to find costumers if you are a 100% supporter of this product.

Also, do not forget to LISTEN! Listen to your clients' needs. What do they really want. Some people assume that because they're trying to sell, it means they need to do all the talking. Absolutely naaaaaat.
In the real estate world I have met people who are coming from other real estate agencies so disappointed because the brokers could not understand their needs, consumed a lot of their time by showing them the wrong property and at the end they lost the client. So make a discussion with your client, do not interrupt him before he finish explaining what exactly he wants and then the sale with be a lot easier.

“Listen more than you talk. Nobody learned anything by hearing themselves speak.” -
Sir Richard Branson

Build rapport before selling. Get to know their intentions, understand why they would want to buy your product and use this 'keys' to make the final close. Pick out their number one 'key' that would make them want to buy it, and then wrap it up with, so if you really want X, does that mean you'd like to take this product right now?

If it isn't working, do something about it. If you are trying hard to make sales and it isn't working, you need to start looking into the reasons why. Do you understand your customer? Do you know what words will make them purchase your product? Are you spending enough on your marketing? Take action before you drain your finances and ruin your business.
